1. Delete Your Recursio Account

Users can request deletion of their Recursio account and account-linked learning data.

2. What May Be Deleted

account profile information
saved vocabulary
vocabulary spaces
practice history
grammar progress
Coach history
AI Writing attempts
app-linked learning progress

3. What May Be Retained

Some limited records may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or app store subscription compliance reasons.

4. How to Request Deletion

Send an email to support@recursio.app with the subject:

Delete my Recursio account

Please include:

the email address used for Apple or Google sign-in, if available
the platform used: iOS or Android
a short confirmation that you want your Recursio account deleted

5. Processing Time

Deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days after verification.

6. Subscription Note

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Users must cancel subscriptions through Apple or Google subscription settings.
