Using Recursio means the user agrees to these Terms.
2. About Recursio
Recursio provides vocabulary, grammar, recall, writing, and AI-assisted language-learning tools.
3. Accounts
Users may need to sign in with Apple or Google to save progress, use subscriptions, and sync learning data.
4. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the text they submit and must not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or sensitive personal content.
5. AI-Assisted Features
AI features may generate corrections, explanations, practice prompts, and conversation responses.
AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Recursio is not a substitute for a human teacher, professional translator, or official language certification.
6. Subscriptions
Recursio offers optional paid plans such as SMART and PRO.

7. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- misuse the app
- attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service
- use the app for illegal purposes
- abuse AI features
- submit content that violates others’ rights
8. Intellectual Property
The app, design, text, software, and brand are owned by Recursio or its owner/licensors. Users keep responsibility for their own submitted learning content.
9. Availability and Changes
Features may change over time. Recursio may add, remove, or modify features, including free and paid features.
10. Termination
Access may be limited or terminated if the user violates these Terms.
11. Disclaimers
Recursio is provided “as is” and does not guarantee specific learning outcomes.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Recursio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, lost learning outcomes, or decisions made based on AI feedback. Users are responsible for how they apply information learned through the app.
